This is the beautiful original watercolor of Angus McBride’s Vestal Virgins, which I was lucky enough to acquire. It is one of my all-time favorite depictions of the Vestal Virgins, and was originally featured in a British children’s magazine (now out of print) called “Look and Learn” (October 20, 1973 issue).
